Affordable Multifamily Housing

We specialize in appraisals for US Housing and Urban Development (HUD) insured mortgages, including the 221(d)(4) and the 223(f) programs.  Our experience further includes HUD-compliant Rent Comparability Studies (RCS) and developments operated with project-based Section 8 Housing Assistance Payment Agreements (HAP).  Our firm is on the approved appraiser list for Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) and we are proficient at valuing new and existing Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) developments.

“I've had the pleasure of working with Josephine Aberle for several years now, and I can confidently say she and her team are exceptional in every aspect of their service. Their diligence, thoroughness, and commitment to delivering well-researched appraisals consistently exceed my expectations.

The team is approachable, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction. They provide essential advice on whether it makes sense to expend the cost of the appraisal or not. They understand the nuances of each situation and offer valuable insights that help me make informed decisions. This level of guidance is priceless and has undoubtedly saved me both time and money over the years. It's reassuring to know that I can rely on this firm time and time again for top-notch service.”

- Sarah Miner, Mutual Housing Association of Greater Hartford and an operator of several affordable developments throughout Connecticut
