Patrick A. Lemp, MAI has been deeply involved in the self-storage industry since 1995 providing appraisal, feasibility studies, brokerage and consulting services to local, regional and national clients. He is a recent past board member of the New England Self-Storage Association and a frequent speaker and attendee at regional and national self-storage events.

Mr. Lemp has advised clients and assisted in the sale of single asset sales and portfolio sales of over $100,000,000 in proceeds. His most recent sale closed in January 2024 to a REIT, which consisted of a newly constructed two property self-storage portfolio that had not yet reached stabilization.

Patrick Lemp recently  sold a 3.34 acre industrially zoned site in an ideal location at 249 Ellington Rd (aka CT RT 30) South Windsor, CT to a growing regional self-storage developer who sought and received approvals for a 100,000  gross square foot four story climate controlled building.

The seller, an entity controlled by Brad Wainman a prominent area property owner said:
